British Institute of Technology & E-commerce (BITE) is pleased to offer its conference and meeting services at its schools and residential. At BITE, we provide a wide range of affordable in-house conference and meeting venues. Our venues are regularly used for lectures, conferences, workshops and teaching programmes. All meeting rooms and theatres are equipped with the latest audio-visual equipment technology.

  
     
     
 

Shrubland Hall located in Suffolk was designed by James Paine in the 1770s. At Shrubland Hall we can provide facilities, accommodation and catering to meet your needs.

Conferences and Meetings

 

At BITE, we provide a wide range of in-house conference and meeting venues. This include a 300- seat lecture theatre, seminar and meeting rooms and dedicated areas for hospitality which are suitable for conferences, training courses, meetings, workshops, presentations and teaching programmes.   Notes
  1. A half-day session is classed as a morning or afternoon for a period of not more than 4 hours in duration. Normally, morning meetings are scheduled from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and afternoon meetings from 1.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
  2. A day is classed as a period of not more than 9 hours, between 08.30 and 17.30.
  3. Weekend/evening rates apply to the meeting rooms booked.
  4. BITE is delighted to offer 10% off venue hire for charities and associations. Please contact one of our team to find out more.
  5. We are also giving all new clients (within a 12-month period) 10% off venue hire when you make your second booking within a 12-month period. Terms and conditions apply. Please contact one of our team for details.
